    RETURNS POLICY
    We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order to receive a store credit for the original paid value of your returned item.

    Here's the fine print: All original tags must be attached and items must be unworn and in original condition.

    Received a faulty item? We're sorry to hear that, please contact us via the "contact us" page with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. One of our customer care agents will be more than happy to look into this for you. 

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

    Step 1 : Contact us through email to tell us the problem and we will issue you your return number which you will need to return your items

    Step 2: Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Attach our return address as well.

    Step 3:  Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
    • Please note that all returns will be made at your own cost.
     EXCHANGES
    We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a store credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from date of issuance. 

    PROCESSING TIMES
    Returns will be processed within approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
